Ah haaaaaaaaa .... followed the directions for making a 'cover' page for a slideshow.  I got a little carried away.   :mhihi:

I did this in Publisher instead of word.  The only problem is that since it's a piece of clipart next to a text box, I got that dashed line down the middle ... I tried to spray paint it out in Paint but the colors were different!   :lollol: :lollol:

If it helps I can edit out the line with a clone tool or copy paste sections of orange. Good job though  :nod2:

It's morning now and I couldn't resist trying to get rid of the line... I use Paint Shop Pro and it has a cloning tool.. so I cloned an area to the side of the line and covered the area of the line... :)

Ahhh ... a cloning tool.   :puzzled2: Not sure I have that anywhere!  But thank you Laura!  It surely worked great!  If I could just find some time to work on my 'hobbies' I'd be in good shape!   :rolleyes2: :lollol:

   Hi,
Not sure if this is the place to ask, but:  how do I change my user name (Midcoast Maine)?  Not living in Maine anymore so.....
      Thanks

At the top of the page on the left, click on Profile in the Blue banner of options and go to your own profile where you created your name and made other choices that you can change. Be sure to save the new profile you make.  I hope this helps. :nod2: Sorry it took so long to get you a response.

Thank you Doralyn for the suggestion.

I'm not sure if a member can actually change their registered name, but it's possible that you might be able to change the name displayed. I need to look into this further and am consulting Judyb on this. I think it's possible for an Administrator to change it, but we need to verify this. Please send myself, Judy or Judyb a Personal Message and we will look into it further for you.

It appears one can change everything BUT one's name.  No problem; I'll just keep it.  Thanks for your help.
