There is not an active cam for this pair, but I'm including a thread so we can link to their history on the old forum.

Link for the Delta 1 eagles on the old forum - http://www.hostingphpbb.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=44&mforum=tdbc

The pair took over a hawk's nest, which was a bit too small for their needs, and laid two eggs in 2008.  Both hatched, but as they got bigger, the nest seemed to get smaller - and the younger one fell/fledged from the nest prematurely.  The eaglet, known as Delta Dan, was brought to the nearby Orphaned WildLife Rehabilitation Society (O.W.L.), and successfully released after a period of rehabilitation.  The older eaglet, known as Delta Dawn, also fledged a bit earlier than she had intended, but was able to fly so was not taken for rehab.  In 2009, they again laid two eggs, both of which hatched.  The older eaglet fell to her death when she was less than a month old as part of the nest gave way, and the younger fledged prematurely when a limb broke off the nest tree, startling him into flight; that eaglet, known as Bandit, was rescued and taken to O.W.L. for rehab, and subsequently released.  The nest had collapsed completely by 2010, and the pair laid their eggs on the ground; one was broken before the nest was discovered, and the second one was found to be non-viable.

We are hoping that they have found a safer place to build a nest, and perhaps we will eventually discover their new nest - and add a camera.
