What a small world - thought I'd be reading about CT - and it had a ton of info about Maryland!
The Maryland expert, Greg Kearns, is the man who leads the osprey banding trips... I had read that his area had a horrible season, and I remember the spring storms (and the strange spring weather).

Hi Bonnie.........and thanks for the link.  I had not seen the article.  Sad that Maryland had such a bad year.....hopefully next
year will reverse.

That is Miley that I communicate with when I have concerns about the
nest etc.   He is standing right at the spot where I take my pictures!  bigsmile
